Sophia Sargent is a born and raised New England resident and is new to the media industry. She is a May 2023 graduate from the University of New Hampshire Durham with a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security, and minors in Terrorism and Justice Studies.

Sophia is also a television host, signed with NEMG, a sideline reporter on NESN, and a journalist. In her free time, Sophia loves coffee, Pilates, and hanging with her corgi Eugene.
